Evolution Engines Spare Parts
Anyone know where I can get spares for Evolution Engines?
It seems that the local importer is keen to bring them in and sell them, but isn't interested in stocking spare parts.

Which Evolution engine do you need parts for? I just ordered one of their Evolution 26GT engines. If they don't have
parts...

A good friend has a .46 to rebuild after a collision with the ground! I'm just trying to track down a source of spares for these engines so he can place an order. The local Australian importer does not stock spares it seems.
While on the subject. Do they have the same muffler bolt pattern as an OS .46 FX/AX series? Anyone know? The owner of the one being repaired wants to fit a Pitts Muffler to it, after the repair.

RE: Evolution Engines Spare Parts
Thanks Scott. At least that makes something easy about these engines.
I was very impressed with the performance of the 2 Evolution engines I witnessed in action. (The .40 trainer version with the fly wheel and 3 bladed prop was the other.) It was brilliant and did what the manufacturer claims. Also, both ran well on 5% Nitro fuel mix.
I am not so impressed with the local distributor though.
