Evolution .46 nosed into the ground at about 65 MPH. Didnt go straight in just skimmed runway. When the piston is TDC it has a tight spot in the rotation.
I removed the glow plug and side cover, everythings looks ok. Havnt taken the crank out yet tho.
Anyideas?
thanks in advance

I nosed mine in from about 70 feet, full throttle. Disassemble, clean & oil. Same hard spot, ran it anyways. Runs great with no issues.[8D]

C Heath and Schmaltzy,
Please read [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/Tapered%2DBore_Engine_Break%2Din_%2D_Upgraded/m_1850473/tm.htm]this thread about ABC engine break-in[/link], to understand the 'raison d'etre' for this TDC hard-spot.
