Crankcase looks like its been redesigned. Its minus the lower regulator housing not like the 63 FZ S where the hole was plugged up by an aluminium plate. Should be lighter by a few grams and more prone to crash damage like the smaller brother!

Why not ask the question on the YS manufacturer's forum where you are likely to get facts?

I did indeed ask the very same question on the YS manufacturers forum, however i received an e-mail from [email protected] saying that my post has been moved from YS Engines Support to Bad Post Holding Forum!

Still awaiting some facts/news.

Perhaps because the same question was asked by someone else? See http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_4315850/tm.htm

Its not

If a US dealer is not selling it at the moment, it doesnt mean its out of production.

They were never temporaraly out of production. Just because you cannot get one at times, just means that the demand is higher than the supply.

I just received one in the mail, going into a Sig Mayhem. Mounted it inverted and I'm concerned on how it will run (Idle) I was told not to worry. Sharp motor.

The one like mine only comes from one place, World Models. It has the fiberglass fuselage
and comes with the big spinner which you have to have....

....I think they are around $220.00 It has retracts as well.

.....yes it is a remote glow, I believe it is a Cermark product. I have the .91FZ. All
I do is fuel it up, hook up the glow and crank it with the electric starter. It self-primes
and starts right up. It is one of my favorite planes.

Maybe on another thread, but I want to order the parts and go with what all the experienced guys recommendations. Like if you had to do over-"what would you install in this plane? Thanks

Thanks for the link-I can't find the remote glow from cermark-Looked at one from Tower by model products-Looks like yours, I just don't want junk that won't last or falls off. Putting it on my Mayhem.

.....oops, the one on the Dago isn't a Cermark. I might have hacked apart an old onboard system
and made that one as a simple remote glow. This is the Cermark one. I've had this for awhile, so
I hope they still sell them. These have the really cool plug cap. The Cermark site was down for awhile,
I should have a cataloge around here. I buy most of my radio accessories from them.

This is an old thread, don't worry about hijacking it.

Hey Flyboy-Thanks for your help-That is a cool plug cap-I've never used one of these and was really leary of the attachment to the plug, like the Vibration would make it come off. Looks like this one is well thought out. I suppose Tower don't carry it, order most of my stuff through them.

....by the packaging, it looks like they are made exclusively for Cermark....

....but you never know. Inside the plug cap there is a spring that snaps onto
the glow plug.....it looks like it would stay on.

Over-all, it looks like top quality.
