Does anyone know where I can get a manual for the os surpass fs91 (not 91 II) in an electronic form (pdf, doc) or does anyone have one that they don't need anymore? I've been looking and I can't seem to find one.

Here's the manual for the old OS 70 Surpass I

The carburetor is made up like the 91 Surpass I. The carburetors look the same but the 91 has a bigger bore.

There is also a parts list for the 91 Surpass I available

The only real operational difference between the 91 Surpass I and the II is the carburetor.

does any one know what the thread size is for the OS 91 surpass, ? i need a tap so I can make an extention for the muffler

The exhaust port of the FS-91 Surpass is 11mm diameter with .75mm thread pitch.
