90-120 2-stroke owners PLEASE help
Ive got an evo 100, i am trying to put it in a showtime 4d. Horizon hobby fails to mention that the stock muffler will not work in any configuration (cowl on or off, engine inverted or sideways), macs mufflers does not make a tuned pipe header for this engine and neither does anyone else, i refuse to buy the $50 pitts muffler needed, plan B is to ask all of yall to tell me what the muffler mounting dimensions of your 90-120 2-strokes so that i can try and find a header that will work, thanks in advance
so here are the dimensions of my muffler mount area: bolt hole to bolt hole is 42mm, height is 13mm

The OS 61FX,SF,&FP are 43mm = Macs #2980 header

But note:
You need more volume because of the larger displacement or your engine will run hot. You need a muffler designed for the OS 91FX

Make sure to either plug one of the outlets, or buy a pump. Usually those mufflers don't create enough back pressure. Try it first though.
