Slimline is still ripping customers off via their webpage by taking orders and not fulfilling them. Then some idiot named Bill answers their phone and makes up excuse after excuse as to why they are unable to deliver product. I finally had to call my bank to reverse their charges after 3mos of waiting. Stay away from these guys!

I've order from Slimline numerous times over the last 5 years. I've always had a wonderful experience. I too have spoken with "Bill" in the past and he has been more than helpful.
I'm not suggesting you haven't had troubles. I'm only adding another opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from them.
