Any experiences with the Tiger Shark .52?
Heh.
first installment ~> http://www.rcuniverse.com/showthread...65&forumid=145
Someone emailed me a note on these engines... according to him the carbs are made by "some guy with an axe." On my friend's engine we polished up the carb sleeve and barrel, and deburred the idle stop screw. Its running great now - he's still running it on the Ultra Stick and is learning to hover with it..

RE: Any experiences with the Tiger Shark .52?
I have one I don't have the problem with the carb like the other guy has maybe he got a bad one or something. Mine turns a 11-6 prop 12500 and idles down to 2200 and transitions very smooth. I will never buy another OS motor as long as companies like Tiger Shark make such quality engines at such a low price oh and I almost forgot they have great customer support and a 3 year warranty can't beat that.
