Default 90 4 cycle

hi jeff, i have a 1983 model 90 4 cycle that puts out TONS of power.......it has shaken two mufflers so that the threads disappeared inside the engine end and i cant use them any more.....is there a suggested fix or replacement part for this?? the tank press is now being drawn from the crankcase vent and works ok but not real good....thanks, bill w.

I've had some people use the red lock-tite with good results, however this is permanent. Otherwise, I would try a good amount of the blue. You really shouldn't use the crank vent for the pressure. It does help remove the excess oil from the crankcase also. And in the Enya instructions, you don't necessarily have to pressurize the tank. If you want to, I would do it from the muffler (If you can keep it on).
