Which is the best Glow Plug to use with teh engine OS .46AX? A5, #8 or A3; Shorter or Longer?

I prefer the #8 but you will not notice any differance with the A3. It is just a cheaper alternative to the more expensive #8.

I like the A3. It burns a bit more fuel and transitions very well.

One of mine came with an A3 and it has been runnin great all summer. The other 2 did not come with a plug and I put A8's in them and they too run great. Either plug seems to work fine. I also have 3 OS 46 SF's that are near 20 years old and they have been runnin fine with Fox standard idle bar plugs all that time.

If you run low or zero nitro in teh fuel then the OS-F, Enya 3 or OS A3 works best. 10% or more nitro then the OS A8 is Ok but I still like the OS-F better for twostroke engines as it gives more torque turning larger props and faster transition.
