I don't subscribe to MAN, never have, but there was a fuel article by Dave Gierke in the July issue. There is some additional content online and a podcast. The podcast sounds disorganized or unplanned to me.

I remember nitro-benzene. I used it at 10% in my first ever glow engine in the early '70's.
I really stank. It had an oily greasy feel. I now know just how dangerous it was.
