i contacted my LHS today trying to purchase a drive washer for a st 61-90. they told me it was backordered till late June. does anybody have one they are willing to part with ? thanks.

I might. I won't be able to find out till Thursday or Friday though. Is this the style where the nut has a shoulder on it that fits into the washer?

thank you for responding ACR. the washer i need is the drive washer. it the one behind the propeller. the one that monuts to the engine over the brass cone. let me check the link tha Ifinney supplied and ill get back with you, thanks again.

I checked toysonics and it was the same. backordered until late June. thanks for link, they have lots of stuff.

Most of those places do not actually carry inventory. When you order, the item is actually shipped direct to you from Horizon. If Horizon shows no inventory, you are not going to get the part.

GMS who makes the ST engines did this a few years ago. We were out of parts for over two years.

i want to try to do what works out best. ACR if yours is on an engine that will never be used again because of damage or something ill buy yours. but if its something you think you may use again ill buy pilotpetes. thank you both for offering and let me know ACR.

A6 Texan, the one I have is not on an engine. I just have a big collection of ST 90 parts...not enough to assemble a complete engine though.

I won't be able to get to it until Friday though...just a heads up. I will check this thread on Friday to see if you still want it
