Don't know for sure. The wife says the blurry last picture might be pronounced Sokol. She thinks it may be a bird. It's been 50 years since she read that language. The K thing might be wrong. T 2.5 D and BGN. Probably a 2.5 or .15 cu. in. I am sure someone else knows much more about it. Any instructions will likely be cyrillic as well.

Just googled Sokol. It seems to be a peregrine falcon. Good name for a motor.
