KO control box
A friend has come accross an old KO control box.
it is an add on for simgle channel to convert a stick movement to pulses to send to the TX. See attached pics.
Anyone heard of this thing and if it worked or not.
Any comments would be apprecieated

It worked fine with a compound escapement.
If I remember correctly. one pulse is left, two pulses is up, three pulses is right and four pulses would be down.
Didn't help with a regular escapement.
The black button was for quick blip throttle. Needed a second escapement .

I had one, the Aristocraft version, on a Citizen-ship CTX transmitter. One and hold was right, two was left, three was up and four was down. It worked with a Bonner Dual Varicomp escapement. Motor control was a quick blip with a self neaitalizing escapement that sequenced from low to high throttle. It would be great fun to see you getting it working now. Dan.

RE: KO control box
Hello,
I used one in the early 60's witw a Babcock super compound escapement. Using kick up elevator right stick gave right, left stick gave left, and back stick gave up elevator. I never took it apart to see howitzer worked, but it did. It required no batteries and didn't wind up.
I still have a NIB unit in my single channel collection.
