Versapulse Transmitter by Fred Marks
Guys,
I was looking around for some more galloping ghost info and discovered that I had kept an old issue of Amerocan Aircraft Modeler the April 1969 issue. I opend it up and started browsing. I came across an articles by Fred Marks on building a Versapulse galloping ghost transmitter by Fred Marks. It was then that I remembered why I had kept that issue all these years. I wanted to build that transmitter. So for right now, I'm going to shelve the Jansson Triple-Treat transmitter and look at building the Versapulse. There might be 2 more articles in the May and June 1969 issues. I saw the table of contents and the articles I'm interested in are named Versapro SS-2 and Versapro SS-3 all authored by Fred Marks. I don't know if these additional articles have anything to do with the Versapulse transmitter but there is some similarity and the April atrticle has Versapro in its title.
Does anyone have access to these 2 articles from the May and June issues that could scan them?
Also any comments or suggestions on this transmitter would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi C,
I have a Tx similar to what yo are talking about.
It is home made with a Kraft cct & Marks pulser. in a metal box with a Bonner stick.
I will try to dig out schematics if you want.
Will bring it to the Kentucky Blue Grass Festival in May.
Modified to use an Adams actuator with elevator ie 95-5 % rather than 80-20%.
Rx is Ace DE.
It works well..
