Flyro-Foam ARF Information?
I'm looking for some more information on this ARF I aquired in an old kit lot. It's a Frontier Type V "Flyro-Foam" ARF made in Japan. 49.61" span. Any info would be appreciated.

RE: Flyro-Foam ARF Information?
Cool. More vintage foam!
That is a new one to me....do not recall ever seeing it and I know a bit about early foam kits.
I have been doing some vintage foam lately...just completed a micro electric conversion of the old MRC (made by Kyosho) foam free flight Ryan ST-A from around 30 years ago and recently completed a modernized version of the Kraft (also by Kyosho) Chipmunk electric ARF from around 1978. A couple of years back I converted the vintage Cox (yet again from Kyosho and around 33 years old) Sportavia from glow to electric, after paying a premium for a NIB one on Ebay.
All of the older Kyosho foam kits I have obtained have been in remarkable shape...no aging, no yellowing decals (mylar stick ons) in perfect shape. Vintage Kyosho foam arfs compare VERY favorably to the best of todays offerings...and are often better.
