What Waco is it?
Ok guys I have a request here that maybe some of you can help me with. I have come across a kit built Waco of some kind and I am trying to figure out what kit it is and a little more info on it. I can't get the pics to upload (I am using my phone now and will not be around a computer for 2-3 more weeks I am on the road rite now) I could send some one the pics through email or text on the cell phone it is just driving me crazy wandering what it is and not being able to mess with it because I'm not at home I don't remember the wingspan for sure I will get my son to go get the measurement when he gets home but I think the top wing was around 65" and the bottom was around 48" but I will know for sure this evening. But if anyone would like to try and name that bird you can email me at [email protected] or call or text me at (903)229-2444 thanks Tracy

I'll guess it's a Sterling SRE Aristocrat. 56 inch span if memory serves Berkley made one as well a bit smaller, very rare and old though. They both made Control line versions about 36 inch spans. The Sterling had a plastic cowl with dummy engine. The Berkley had a metal cowl.

My son must have forgotten about me wanting him to get the wingspan for me. I guess he can get it tomorrow if he remembers before he goes to the airshow in Corsicana.
