Todd,
I normally refresh the roster every 10 pages. I was expecting to update it at page 110, but it was already at page 149 when I looked. I have no idea what occurred, other than they changed the number of posts per page.

RE: WACO YMF
I appreciate the positive comments and am happy you all like them. I have five XXLarge tees left. I have a lot of summertime things to do including a vacation coming up soon, so, I'm thinking another run of shirts will happen sometime around the first of September. We also plan on getting a design set up for embroidered items like hats, jackets, polo shirts etc. It will take time and I will keep everyone posted right here.

Here's a couple of shots of the "home brew" Pitts muffler I am building for the WACO. Still have to solder the ends on and the mounting straps to hold it down. I DO INTEND to replace the rubber band with metal

Hey, Master Chief, I was talking to one of our newer members at the field today and found out he was a submariner also. I knew he had served in the Navy but didn't know what he did. He was an engineering officer on SSN 681Batfish. His name is Tom Schultz, he's been out for several years. Any chance you two crossed paths?
Sittin' here waiting, hoping the UPF gets here soon, also want to get the UMF going again. Can't seem to get started again, since returning from St. Louis. I guess it's full scale WACO wannabe depression
Anybody want a drink?

AMINIET- All I have left are XXLarge tees. The shirts (S M L XL) were $30.00 for 2 shirts including shipping and handling in the continental U.S. XXL and larger are 2 for $35.00. Those using Paypal must add $2.00 to cover the fees. If you can use the XXLarge size please send me a Private Message.

I don't think the Paypal funds I sent you had the extra 2 bucks? I can send it to you now if you like or, I can put my name down for another XXL shirt in a different color?
Just let me know
Either way, have not scene the shirts yet but I'm guessing they're sweet! I'll be in on the next round!

I knew a MR. Schultz, but I don't remember his first name. I never served on Batfish though. I spent most of my time on Thresher class boats, and only got aboard the new boats the last couple of years.
Nice picture. I especially like the pissor.

Heeeeeeeeeeelp
I placed the firewall F1 against the screen to find the correct scale, it comes the closest to 61%.
When I moved the drawing to the opposite end, the ruuder was way out of scale; Can some one please do the same if at all possible, I want to see if it is my computer.

I must be color blind, but I don't think the bikini top matches the rest of the out fit.

RE: WACO YMF
Angel,
What size are you trying to build? 1/6th? The plans do down load and the ones I had printed at Kinkos came out OK. Wing span was exactly 60". The .jpg files DO NOT print out to the correct size, you have to resize them to fit, each one individually. If you can get the .dxf files to print, you are lucky, right now they usually do not print or open with just about any program that can read .dxf files (the problem is being worked on).
Your best bet is to order the 1/5th plans from the AMA, everything is correct. If you want the 1/6th size, you will have to resize them.

Hi Skylarkmk1.
1/5th scale, I will ask Kinkos If they can reproduce the plans, if not it will have to be the AMA.
I was having a problem, when I moved the cursor, I would get another view on top of the first view. now that's fixed.

John, The photos you've downloaded have been a big help on my YMF build. I don't have any interior shots of the seats, sidewalls, stick and rudder pedals though. Do you have any of these available? If not does anyone else on the forum have interior shots? MItch WB 100

From left to right are rear panels from a UBA, a UBF (the Texaco) and two UPF's. Front cockpits are even more widely varied, from fully instrumented to practically nothing but a glove box. The last two are front panels from UPF's, and the last pic is the rear seat of a UPF, which is also practically identical to the YMF.
I found one more, of the throttle quadrant on a UPF.
