ceije thanks for your input. Interesting that you are using them on the 1/4 scale, they are listed for the 33% and 40% do you think that they look strong enough for the extra weight of the 33% what are they made from, molly steel or alloy?

Hey Dan,
I also notice the ad in Ceije post mine is not taking half the page but I'll bet its at least 4 inches wide as well as the ads to the right of the page,I have to agree with all of you, I too miss the RCU of old, maybe we'll get lucky and some moderator will read the post and try to get something done about it,but I'm not going to hold my breath

tmac I had sent century jet's my barth wire gear and they reproduced it to to 25% for me. I had called I believe his name is Jerry and went from there -sorry I don't have the number available, they are all custom orders as I understand it so it takes time as I remember 2-4 month time frame they appear to be either stainless or molly steel. pictures of mine are on page 542 and 572. I'm sure they'll handle most any impacts. Hope this helps you.

Anybody here who can post the PICA Waco fuselage without covering? I want to see the edge of sheeting and the fuselage part without sheeting. Thanks

Hi Dan.
I'm bringing the same old green Waco.
I was just up at Mac Hodges "Rally of Eagles", flew the Waco there...fantastic flying field and facilities.
I'll be in Lakeland on Wed, a/noon.
Cheers,
Dave.

Made the drive to 12 O'clock high this morning. Got to see Dave's 40% and Dan/Dave's 33% Wacos in the air at the same time. Robert had his S-1 Pitts up too. Great job Robert. Dan was kind enough to cut a set of ribs for my much modified YMF. I'll try to get the wings framed up as quickly as I'm able. Couldn't stay long this morning. Some days are good, some not so good, but as long as one can be vertical and ventilating, there's not much more to ask for. I make medical history every day. Hope to get the pure scale Waco flying within the next year. I'd love to see it fly. It'll be a history maker too.
