Thiis is so interesting, ever since RC Universe made a change about a year ago, I stopped receiving e mail notifications, now all suddenly I am back on their mailing list. Welcome to the new guys to the brotherhood and the ones I missed.
Dan. I have yet to buy my receiver, spent all my small change and then some on Xmas gifts and then went out and bought a new TV and lounge yesterday, so my guess would be late January .
Regards and all the best for 2015. ( Had to post photo of landing lights )

George,
What you are describing sounds like the tubes music wire comes in. Do what Dan has suggested for servo and lighting wires, wrap a piece of paper ( brown, typing or even left over Christmas wrapping paper) around a dowel (smaller than the hole), slip it in the predrilled holes (larger than the largest serve end or plug) and let it expand to fit the holes. You can then secure it to keep it from shifting with CA or white glue. these tubes are just guides to get the wires through the ribs and or formers. Paper - light and free, cardboard - heavy and $$$. And if your holes aren't perfectly aligned, the paper has enough flex to smooth things out when you put it in, cardboard you might have to be futzing with the rib sanding or digging at it with a knife.

Many years ago purchased a Waco completely built except for covering.I paid $700 for it. It was built by a friend of mine that has since died. There are several of his built airplanes hanging in museums in the Seattle area. He was a first class builder.
All it needs is covering and painting.
I never finished it. Now at age 87 I never will. I cant see well enough to fly it.
Its a large A/C meant to be powered with a G-62. I dont know what scale. The wing is about 80".
If anyone would like to purchase it make me an offer.
I will provide pictures if interested. PM me.

dirtybird.
I am guessing it's wing span is most likely 90" and is built from Pepino plans. Makes a nice looking plane for sure. I donated one to the WACO museum in Ohio.

George....Now that you have the wing tubes figured out I wonder if you have any chord line left over? Since it's for a Waco I guess I'd need twice the amount than for a Piper. Mitch WB100 Happy New Year everyone
Dave, did you purchase the Bill Effinger 1/3rd scale plans, to blow up, to be the basis for your half scale? My flying pal and I are building a 1/3rd scale from the Bill Effinger plans. I realize this is a 3 year jump in the thread. If anyone is reading this, especially you, Dave, reply back to me. A rousing, healthy, and personally satisfying 2015 to you.

I have a Waco YMF-5 89" Wing Span. Fuselage and wings are completed. Plane is not assembled yet. Do not have plans and trying to figure out where all the little metal plates about 3/4 x 2" are supposed to be put at. The builder who started the plane is deceased. Any body want to offer some help?

Hi All:
I need a little help with the sheeting configuration on the trailing edge bottom of the center section of the top wing for the 1/6 scale Waco Pica kit. Based on the rib contours this appears to me to be a compound curved sheeting arrangement, but if someone could please post a picture of this section I think it would help clarify it for me.
Thanks in advance for the help.
