Debolt "Jenny"
In 1971, or so, I built a Debolt "Jenny" trainer. As I recall, it was a pretty large plane. I built a Heathkit 4 channel system for it and I think I installed a Merco 61 ( 2 plug) engine. The whole rig worked fine, but it met its demise because I had no instruction and didn't know s**t from shinola about flying. I was just wondering if anyone out there still has a "Jenny", or are they available in kit form, etc. Thanks Glen

RE: Debolt "Jenny"
If you build another Jenny, remember that it had one strange characteristic. If you put it in a spin it would go then into a flat spin and
would not come out...all the way to the ground... I had one that did it and so did a couple of my buddies...

Thanks Frank,
Good to know about the Jenny's spin characteristic, as I have a fiberglass Seamaster (not vintage) with the same characteristic. I no longer spin it intentionally.
