In case some of the Vintage people don't visit the classic pattern forum, here's a link to my Perigee build thread. She'll be ready for the Octoberfest Vintage fly-in in Oxford, PA. Next on the books is a .020 twin Jr Skylark.

October 11 & 12, 2008 West Field, Oxford, PA
ï‚· Hosted by the Cloud Kings Radio Control Club http://www.cloudkingsrc.org See the club website for maps and directions.
ï‚· Vintage RC planes must meet rules of the Vintage R/C Society (eligible planes cutoff date prior to 1/1/74) http://www.vintagercsociety.org.
ï‚· SAM R/C assist planes must meet rules of the Society of Antique Modelers http://www.antiquemodeler.org
ï‚· Four flight lines available.
ï‚· Class I, II and III VR/CS Pattern Competition per VR/CS rules. Best two of three flights, awards to third place.
 Andrews Concours Event – Any design by Low Andrews eligible.
ï‚· VR/CS Concours
ï‚· VR/CS Scale
ï‚· VR/CS Open flying
ï‚· SAM Concours
ï‚· SAM 1/2A Texaco and combined Class A, B, C LER 20 second engine run, best 2 of 3 flights 8 minute max, no power limitations. Awards to third place.
 Entrants must possess current 2008 AMA membership – VR/CS and SAM membership not required to fly.
ï‚· Flying field opens 9:00AM Friday for early arrivals
ï‚· NOTE: All I/C glow engines must have effective mufflers. Flow through mufflers prohibited. 2-Cycle Engines 95db at 9 ft. 4-Stroke Engines 100db at 9 ft.
ï‚· SAM approved ignition engines may be used per the discretion of the CD.
ï‚· No limitations for electric power.
ï‚· Flying field closed 9:00AM to 4:00PM Saturday except for official vintage flying events.
ï‚· Field open Sunday to general flying at 9:00AM.
ï‚· Lunch available on the field.
 Tailgate sale – bring your hobby items for sale.
 Camping on site – no hookups.
ï‚· Friday night dinner gathering.
ï‚· Saturday Evening Banquet.
