Default Ben Buckle Junior 60

Hi All

I have thought that it was about time we had some more UK vintage planes on the RCU forum so here is some pictures of the BB Junior 60 I'm currently building.... I was thinking of inverting my .30 4 stroke and covering the top of the nose entirely. Any thoughts or ideas greatfully received.

I fly mine on 7 cells with an Astro 05 with a super gear box and a 14/7 prop.
Radio is an updated 1991 Kraft 7 channel.

Well flew it last Saturday, lovely morning no wind....too much climb on take off. Ended up with full down elevator on high rate to keep it in level flight, did some cicuits gradually dropping the rpm a click at a time on the tx and landed lovely. It did fly well and slowly cruises round........gorgeous to watch.

I will decrease the wing angle by packing up the back and some down thrust on the motor............................

the saga continues
