Default novus cp bad tail motor ???

my heli is spinning or turning to the left. it all started the day after i turned up the pitch curves. it flew much better after i did this. but the next day it started the turning issue. so i called heli max and told the guy what i did. so we re programed the tx . after i did this the heli only has the power to hover 6 to 8 inchs.

this is the % of what he told me

switch 10 v1= +30
v2= +30

switch 11 v1= -30
v2= -30

switch 12v1= +80
v2= +30

i called again and he seams to think that the tail motor is bad. i have about 8 real hover flights between 2 batteries. i even went to walkera's site and dl the setup inst. for the 4g3 heli. i setupthe txlike it said and still didnt change much. can any one help with this issue? also i unplugged the main motor and ran it up in my hand and the tail motor seems very strong. the gyro seems to be working. when i put a fresh batt in it does not seem so bad. thats only for 30 seconds of so then it does it again. i cant even fly it.
