Default aligning the swash plate

The swash plate on my Axe-Ez is way out of line. What is the procedure for bringing it square. It flys ok but I'm concerned it may damage another part. I had to set the servo arms this way after installing a new swash plate and al. blade holders. I have enclosed a picture.

Thank you,

Paul
