Hirobo shuttle ZTS. No tail control
 

I recently repaired my hirobo and now I have no tail control when trying to get into a hover. It will spin out of control in either direction. The servo and gyro are working. The only thing different is the main rotor blades are fiberglass and not wood. When I try to correct the rudder when trying to get into a hover it'll spin out of control in whichever direction it feels like

Your gyro sensing is set backwards
