Default servos surge on power up

I have 4 Optima 7 and 3 optima 6. On 1 of each, when i turn the receiver switch on, the servos all jump to one extreme and then go back to center. Transmitter is always on and broadcasting first. The other receivers don't have this quirk. Just wondering why those 2 do that, and should i be worried. They perform perfect after start up, but this has alwaays bothered me. I have re linked them and they continue to do it. Any idea why this happens and should I be concerned.

thanks
steve

Servo problems are usually the first indication of an incomplete link.
. Optima Transceiver (RX) - Servo Move Slower Than Usual - then Rebind.
...(Switched between Normal Scan mode with power off before process completed or units were to close on set up).
Optima Transceiver (RX) - Servo Wag & Jerky Servo Movements Reasons & Cure - Do Not Fly With This Condition.
(...includes when switching on some ESC) .
Optima Transceiver (RX) - Servos Stepping - Battery pack (Power Supply) failing under load. (Recharge or get a better battery pack)

Please check that Tx, Module and all Rx are using the latest firmware as shown top of:
. Hitec HPP-22 2.4GHz Programmer - Manual, FAQ - How to Install & Use
..(includes Screenshots & Current Firmware Versions for all related Units).

Re do ID-Setup. observing the separation between antenna tips and use of battery pack not an ESC, as shown:
. AFHSS ID-Setup (Bind) Spectra Module V3.01(0), Optima Transceiver 6, 7 & 9ch V2.02(0) & Minima Receivers - quick reference - latest firmware versions.
