Hi Mike, do you know if there is a replacement gear set still available for the 615 MG servos? Also, is there a carbonite or nylon replacement option for them if I want to get away from the metal gears?

Horizon hobby still has replacement gears for the 615. Tower has gears nylon and metal for the 605 which I think you interchange the gears. If I'm right the 605 gears will give you less torque but more speed.

If you put 605 gears into the 615 servo you will make it a 605. It will have less torque than the 615 servo.
