HS-425BB Servos Buzzing
I am setting up a new plane - it is only my second plane so I don't have a lot of experience to go by. I am getting a very loud buzzing from my aileron servos.
Now, I know that buzzing can indicate that the servo is stalled but this is occurring in the middle of its travel. It continues when the servo is centred, but if I wiggle the stick, or if I tap the servo arm, the buzzing often stops. It starts again after deflecting the ailerons.
The linkage is a direct pushrod between servo and aileron, and it seems to be moving very freely. Also, since the buzzing occurs at the zero point, there should not be any resistance in the first place.
What is going on here, and what should I do about it?

Try removing the servo arms and noting of the problem persists, its more likely than not that some resistance to movement is present at neutral and the servos are laboring to move to the commanded position. I noted you mentioned they ailerons move freely, be sure they are not bound up and neutral, even a small degree of binding is known to cuase and effect this problem.
