Default HS-5625 / HS-5645 signalinput voltage requirements?

I want to re-use existing Hitec digital servos (HS5625, HS5645) in in a new aircraft conttrolled by a Futaba R6014FS receiver. The receiver output signal voltage level is 2.7 volts. My servo units are stickered/date coded(?) Mar 02 and Apr 03. Will these servos function with the 2.7 volt signal level? If not, can I send them to Hitec to modify? (Was told Hitec service center can change input resistor if required.)

Plug them in to the receiver and see if you get a hesitation in movement when you are moving them back and forth. If all looks fine , then you are good to go. If there is a issue then send them in and we should be able to change a resistor.
