hitec 2.4 TX module
Will the Hitec 2.4 Module work OK to convert a Futaba 9C to 2.4? I have been using a Hitec synth module in the 9C for a long time and it works great. I like the Aurora 9 but really don't want to buy a new radio right now. Also, will the Hitec 2.4 9ch Rx work with the 9C and conversion module and still give 9 channels?

Spectra Pro Antenna Mast Fitting to other than Aurora TX may also assist.
Spectra Pro 2.4Ghz iscompatible with other Module Type Transmitters that use the same Futaba/Hitec module shape/size/pin slots. e.g.:
5UAF, 5UAP
7UAF,7UAFS, 7UAP,7UAPS, 7UHF,7UHFS, 7UHP,7UHPS
8UAF, 8UAFS, 8UAP, 8UAPS, 8UHF,8UHFS,8UHP, 8UHPS
(8FGA, 8FGH as non-module radios can not be accomodated).
9CA, 9CH, 9CAPS, 9CAFS, 9CHPS, 9CHFS
10CH, 10CA
(10CAG or 10CHG as non-module radios can not be accomodated).

Have not had a 9CAP to use for quite sometimeand recall itonly operated 9 ch under PCM otherwise 8ch with other frequencies, so whilst it will work with 8 doubt whether it will operate 9 on either Hitec or Futaba 2.4Ghz as a 9C must then be set on PPM tooperate the 2.4GHz modules- someone else may be able to confirm either way.
