Around 41-43 mph depending on 2s lipo specs. Higher C rating will give the truck a little bit more ''kick''

2s. There is an INSANE amout of torque with 2s. It feels like it is going faster because you are like out of control the wholr time. Start with 2s and "graduate" to 3s.
Just my 2 cents

HPI says on 6s you should be able to top 60mph.

WITH their phatline street tires and 25T pinion but thats going to put alot of load on the motor, ESC and batteries especially. And if the lipos can't provide the current ''poof'' goes the MMM

Why would the batteries being strained affect the ESC?
Why would the batteries being strained affect the ESC?
If I understand brushless motor theory correctly, its because the ESC is pulling the current from the lipo's and feeding it into the motor, that's what its job is, electric speed control. If the ESC is not getting enough amperage from the lipos during a high current demand, the ESC becomes less efficient, producing heat and in worst case, smokes and catches fire.
Huge thread on this

That makes...zero sense. The ESC is a controller. It doesn't pull current, the motor does. All the ESC does is throttle that current.

Well then google and search are your friends, I don't know everything. All I know is that when the lipos arn't capable of outputing enough current using the MMM and 2200kv motor, the ESC goes bye bye

They aren't MY friends. I know this stuff. The reason that ESC caught fire is because the motor pulled current beyond what both the batteries or ESC could handle. THAT'S why it's on fire.

RE: Savage Flux HP
iv heard it more that the battery can't produce the amps the esc needs or motor thats why it goes poof or just a bad esc, iv had only one esc catch on fire and it sucks but im still using the same batteries well one is a replacement cause i think the cause of my fire was a bad battery.

With your attitude, I'd be surprised if you had any friends actually

You must be surprised often with assumptions like that.
