Default flm midtank pics?

Hey guys in the process of doing a mid tank conversion on my x,

im gonna be using a associated mgt tank for the conversion,

needing ideas or of what others have done to relocate there receivers and batteries with midtank conversions,

some pics would be nice, thanks

i used the RPM Reciever box to relocate my Rx and i used this mount, http://www.platinumrcproducts.com/prc%20180.html and the rush battery box and attached it to the back shock tower.

I like what you have done with your midtank setup,

gives me a couple ideas as to what i might do with my electronics,

thanks for posting the pics,

looks like your missing a couple of lower tranny screws in one of the pics.

treating me pretty good a few disagreements but pretty good finally getting the hang of it and some how cracked my tank tower finally had one in so i ordered it.

Here are some pictures of my midtank setup.

I used a D8T tank, because of the clunk. Basically the truck will stay running while it is upside down.
I also used a Traxas Rustler Waterproof reciever box. I used this product from home depot to fabricate the switch charge jack setup ontop of the reciever box. It comes in a stick for and you pull a section off, mix it in your hands and stick it on. After you shape it like you want it, let it dry and sand it to your exact size. I also went this rougte because it keeps everything within the TVP's. Nothing is outside of the TVP's except the pipe. The truck is well balanced because of this.

I took and bought a set of extended flm chassis plates,

seeing that the flm chassis are alot thicker than the stock x tvp,

can you advise me on the length of screws i should be getting for the engine plate and alloy chassis braces,

i do not want to reuse the stock screws that will have reduced catch through the thicker plates,

love the setup of your truck
