another lrp .30 question
I intend on installing an LRP .30 in my xl later this year but i have one question.
I want to keep a my rotostart setup, I dont want to go pullstart. I see on LRPs website that it is powerstart capable. My question is weather I am going to have to buy the entire powerstart setup or can I just use the backplate and use my rotostart that came with the truck?

RE: another lrp .30 question
I always use a 21/25 roto start housing and drill and tap the smaller pattern in the factory backplate. The other option is to use the backplate from the XTM 24.7. I have used the same roto start on my XTM 24.7, and it is a direct fit. http://hobbypeople.net/xtm-backplate...ull-start.html

RE: another lrp .30 question
I use a roto start case from a Hpi .25 ,and then put a t-15 (stock rs4 motor)rotor start gear (the one that goes over the oneway bearing) in the .25 roto case .
