Default Cool bodies for Savage Flux?

Just curious as to what after market bodies fit the savage? Im about to buy a 2350 or a traxxas stampede vxl 4x4. I like that the stampede has lots of cool bodies that fit right on it that Ican paint and customize. I know the savage is a better truck but I wanna have fun making it my own also. Any input would be appreciated.

Default RE: Cool bodies for Savage Flux?

heres pics of my 2 savages from a while back (they still got same bodies but beat up)

I will say I wouldn't recommend the hearse for running though(fine when its on a shelf), one bad flip it will DESTROY the body posts. I was driving it on concrete had to slam the brakes the savage did a frontal flip, and skid for 30 or so feet on the concrete upside down, and completely wore the body posts off along with the clips [:@]

BTW the tires on the nitro in the pic are the same set on my flux. I moved them over due to my nitro having issues with their size/weight, and put the stocks back on the nitro one.

Here are my bodies that are still in good enough shape to be recognizable...

The orange-ish one is a ford bronco body from HPI
The white one is an f-150 body from hpi
And the blue one is an f-250 body from proline (i wouldnt recommend this body unless you have an xl, as it is very long)

As long as your not a chevy or dodge guy, The first two are really cool choices for the savage

This fits the older Maxx trucks but it works pretty well or my Flux.

Do some searching online. There are just as many bodies that will fit the flux as there are for the stampede, maybe more. Just check the body's length etc, but most bodies that will fit 1/8th trucks like revos. maxx's, lst's, etc should work. Plus there are alot of bodies made for the savage as well. The aftermarket on these trucks is very popular.

Proline makes a GMC Topkick body.....

That is the closet I have found to a Chevy.
