Does the new Picco .28 carb have a blue sleeve and carb insert?

Then this is the correct carb for this engine?
What size carb is this and when do you think it was made?

yes that is a proper Picco 28 carb...some of them came with a blue carb boot......i am not sure on size other then that is a standard Picco carb....

I had a worn out wasp .26 in my ss25 and it ran like a scalded dog. First new picco engine. Going in a 4.6 RTR.
