savage x steering glitches

savage x steering glitches
Okay so I have two different savage x's and a brand new hump battery fully charged (originally I thought it was a dead battery issue).
When I turn on the electronics the tires glitch let and right very fast and then pause. When I touch the steering on controller they glitch again fast back and forth for about 10 seconds.
One uses stock transmitter and the other I have a aftermarket or separate companies transmitter.
My only thought is both my servos wen bad at exactly the same time? or are there other things that can cause this?
