Default Help with parts

Hi,
I'm gonna buy my Savage .25 next month and i'm trying to choose parts to buy.
1- For the receiver which one is better:
a)4 x Team Orion 1800 mah AA NiMH Rechargables
b)4 x Team Orion 2300 mah AA NiMH Rechargables
c)1 x Team Orion 1200 mah Marathon Rx Pack

2-I want a charger for the Rx pack, batteries and for the 6-cell Pack for the Roto Start, which one do you recomend?

3-Which things you think i should buy already? Besides the basic to run it....

Well that's it for now....

Thanks.

Hi, right,

Q1, answer 'C' I asume it is a Hump pack? Hump packs are nice and easy to 'install' and easy to charge whilst in the truck. They also give a full 6V of power to the servo's.

Q2, I have a 'Pro Peak' charger made by ripmax, I can charge the roto battery and the rx battery. (Sorry don't know too much about chargers)

Q3, This one, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDVJ2&P=7 apparently fits. Personally I have the HPI High Performance air filter, it is pretty much the same thing, but, with a longer pipe.
Fail safe - more along the lines of this, http://store.savagess.com/product_in...92552d7b9342c3

Hows that?

Hi,
I need a AC Charger, cause i live in Portugal. Does the Venom Failsafe work? Could you tell me the size of the room for the receiver pack? Is there a charger that charges 7.2v Battery Packs (tamiya style connector), Rx packs and the batteries for the Radio. One more question how do you charge the batteries on the radio?

Thanks

Yes the venom works and is probably one of the better failsafes on the market.
The radio box will hold a 5 cell 6V hump pack or 4 x AA bateries (it will hold 5 x AA's if you don't have reverse, and that would be better than the hump pack)
I am sure you could find a charger for your needs, but, you would probably be better off asking the question in a more specific forum.
