Fuel flow problem...
I have the savage 25 in stock form, and i have no fuel flow. when i go to prime using the roto, before i start it, the fuel isn't go through the line. I tried loosen the glow plug 1 turn, i took the motor off unscrewed and re-loc-tited all the engine screws, i checked the fuel lines for air leaks, found none. Now the engine will start if i put a little fuel in the carb, then start it, it'll start , and continue to run.
so my problem is priming? any ideas on whats up

First thing make sure that the needle valve isn't closed. Second if you have recently taken apart the carbuerater, make sure the needle vale is screwed on where fuel can flow through. If you un-screw the needle valve, you'll see that it has two holes at the bottom on both sides. Make sure that it is even with the fuel out-put geyser. Just simply get a clean piece of fuel line and connect it to the Carbuerater and blow through it. If it is hard to blow through then try what I just told you to do. Also check in the bottom of the fuel tank for particles and dirt. Prevent this by getting a fuel filter.

Well if it isn't the Carbuerater, then it has to be the fuel tank itself. I'd replace it anyway just to be sure. Unless you want to wait for more responses, because maybe somebody else can give you more ideas of what it may be.

Sounds like you might have a leak in your exhaust. If there is a leak in the exhaust it will never build the pressure needed to push fuel into the carb when you are priming it. So I would check the full exhaust and the line going from the exhaust to the fuel tank. Hope this helps you out.
