there is no law but people will call the cops because of the noise soemtiems because it might disrupt them. most of the time the cops want to try out your vechile and will leave you alone.

yea i saw the other thread about neighbors (i started it). but the trucks are kinda REALLY!!!!! loud and maybe because they are too loud, they would be against the law. maybe a very stubborn person could file a complaint and win........or something...............ok

I wouldn't worry too much about complaints unless you're near a place with noise or air polution laws like a hospital. I try not to run mine after dark since I live in an apartment complex.

Strictly speaking, it depends on your local ordinances.
Most of the time, however, if a neighbor thinks it's too loud... you could be "disturbing the peace".
(Which is just one of those little "catch-all" type laws.)

yea not to be stereotipical or mean or anything, but it only seems that old peolpe have a problem with the noise. the little kids and their parents are amazed by my savage.

i ran mine for like a total or two hours on the weekend and the only person who complanied was a little girl (should have run her over[>:]). everyone eles wanted to know were i get it from, how fast and how much money it was. i am like a famous person but with less money

last year i was playing with my cars outside the house on the street and people would just come and watch. but this year is a different story. i have a next door neighbor that is always yelling for me to "shut up" "turn them trucks off" [sm=bananahead.gif][sm=punching.gif]. so whenever i hear them partying i tell them to "shut up" "turn the noise down"....

today i was ramping off a ramp(go figure) and a car was coming down the road so i made my truck stop on the other side. turns out he was waiting for my truck to jump cause he wanted to watch![X(] talk about special treatment!
