RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
Since I haven't gotten any new pics for this thread I will just post the pics I have on file.
These are the pics I took to show the bent chassis TVP's from a meeting with a 4 inch steel pole sideways at 30 MPH.
Nothing pretty at all, but here's my XL.
6 gallons of beatdown...
Duct tape and all.

Here's a couple pics with my Esav and Savage lined up. My camera sucks, so the quality isn't good. I took the pictures after I finished putting my X SS together.

Here's some more pictures after initial break-in. Now, I'm taking it easy and slowly tuning the HSN.
The tires and body are from my Esav. The body looks a lot better on the X than the Esav.
The last two pics was shot when the body was freshly painted and new.
I set up the extended rear body post on the X facing out (furthest away from the engine), so the posts/holes are as far back as possible. Do you guys think that setup will be prone to breaking shock towers or body posts from bad landings? I'm a little worried about it since my body requires the longer extended body mounts for the high roof.

RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
the body is not seated on there right because i just cant bring myself to drill the hole in this body knowing i am not gonna run it. I want to buy another chevy body to paint with a few different original ideas and then bash the heck out of it just to get some battlescars...
in the background is the 1:1 1973 K5 Blazer.
