Yea and thats the extended version I have fitted to my flux,

I'd think the stock length bug body would look way too small on there,

There are 2 versions of the proline stock and long

I think even the long would look too small as well.

Shame

There are very few aftermarket bodies for the XL
Make me want to make some myself

Cheers

Yea, that's what I was saying in my earlier post,

The body I have on my stock length flux is the long proline bug body,

It definitely would be too short on an xl.

The truck as of now does have shocks, I run the Flux XS shocks with Hot racing dual rate springs, filled with 30,000wt oil. I was going to try and drive it with the suspension locked but decides against it. It would be better to have a little room to soak up bumps in the road. Anything can happen at 60+mph

Congratulations on your runs. Seen your other forum at savage central too.

See if this will help out to go faster...

Make your truck rear wheel drive by removing all front dog bones and front differential, let front wheels run freely. That will remove some weight off of your truck.

The day I pulled the 60mph run, both titanium center cvds broke. First went the rear one, fix it with a stock center dog bone then the front went out. With the amount of power my picco has and how light the truck is. It's almost impossible to drive RWD. Now if it was a nice warm summer day I'm sure it would be a different story as the road would be warm and the tires would stick better. In the cold the truck will spin around when it shifts gears
