Default pipe problem,needs advise

i replaced the stock rib pipe with a pipe in the pic below.no it's not a "tsais'pipe, but looks exactly the same.it is made in Taiwan.but i guess this is the same as the "tsais"pipe.
at the first running ,i noticed this is really a quiet pipe with nice sound, but the low end is soooooooooOOO bad
with the rib pipe i can pull a wheelie on pavement but this time i cannot even make an accaleration fast enough to spin the wheels,it starts like a full scale car ,so you can imagine how slow it is.
the question is ,does anyone who got a tsais pipe have the same problem?what is the reason? hope some tunning suggestions
thx alot!
