Hardcore Lower Arm Problems
I got a set of aluminum lower arms from hardcore, but the holes where the flange shaft goes to attach it to the upright seem way to small for it to slip through and mount to the upright. It can barely get in a few cm's before getting stuck. Have any of you had this problem, and what did you do to solve it? Thanks

Nope, all four lower arms dont fit, and the pins arent bent in any way, just too big. This happened to the guy at my LHS as well. I cant find a good set that fits, but Ofna makes one that is slightly longer, so Ill stick that in, and dremel off the extra part.

My arms? Yes, they are silver, but I doubt the color would affect, I really dont know why some work and some dont work.

Yes, it was the wheel side. Mine wouldnt go in at all though, even with small taps from a hammer. Its weird though, cause I got these pins from Ofna and though they are too long, the diameter is the same as the ones from HPI but these slides in real easily.

Since it is too long, I was wondering whether I should get these instead to replace it.

I dont know whether to trust it though, cause even these might not fit. Any suggestions? Thanks

Too late, already ordered them...oh well, we'll see how it works out.
I was thinking about why some work and some dont. For those who had the stock pins work, which savage do you have, the 21, 25 or SS? Me and the guy at the LHS have the SS. Maybe thats the cause behind this problem.

I have a 21 but it wouldn't surprise me if there were minor differences. My engine mount had to be modified so my .26 Wasp would fit but some people say they dropped their's in with no mods.
