need glow plug info

i need some help on finding a low heat glow plug. because my engin over heates all the time now. i know you guys say use google or somthing but hot do you tell if it low in heat.

please help.

O donnel makes a good plug and they rate them rite on the package.I run a medium/cold in my savage with a W A S P .26. hope that helps you
