RE: Savage 25 Vs Monster GT
i have a MGT and it's not as fast as my sirio 27 savage (of course) but it can hang with my dads S-25 powered savage, for any of these trucks to get up to their max top speed you need alot of open space, and in normal monster truck terrain you won't even notice that the MGT has a slower top speed than the savage, and it handles great. NOT to say it's been than the LST i'm gettin this christmas

I have both . I put the Pico in my savage and the s-25 in my MGT . Nothing will ever replace my savage but the MGT is just a better handleling truck . It is much more balanced than the Savage and easier to drive with the new motor in it .

I forgot the biggest difference in the Savage and the MGT . My batteries on the MGT died . It took 1 minute to change . I didnt have to wrestle with anything . The MGT is easier to work on

RE: Savage 25 Vs Monster GT
my buddy has the M GT and it was beating my savage25 hands down we went to some gravel pits and he jumped a 10-12 foot high pile of gravel and it cleared a two lane road on the other side of that road in the ditch, thats when its not broken the shocks and shock towers break all the time and when he t-boned my savage it broke lots just because its such a heavy truck but if you but a few aluminum pieces on it it will last longer and yes they do make aluminum parts for it my buddy bought some

I also have both and the GT as many have described does handle better than the savage. The savage will land jumps alot better though. As someone else described the stock shocks are junk and blow apart when landing big jumps. I had no luck with the cheesy radio that comes in the truck either. Oh and by the way....replace the A-arms with RPM arms as soon as you get it.
