Default Is the Savage 25 RTR good for me?

I'm a beginner and I'm wondering wich stock monster truck is best. I like the Savage very much, but does it need alot og instant tuning between tanks? Is it a good truck for a beginner?

You will never find a more user friendly vehicle that really teaches you the ins and outs of the nitro hobby. The S-25 motor is easy to tune, holds that tune, and is very forgiving. The truck itself is a tough little b@st@rd. Run it, crash it, bash it, race it, it's a really great truck. Very addictive. Only the traxxas P.O.S. comes as close with respect to aftermarket support. There's nothing you can't find for the truck in the way of upgrades.

yes and for a good learning experience the ss kit is in pieces so you can learn how it all fits together and how everything works together. if i got to choose my truck, i would have chose the ss kit.
