If your're going to be bashing around full time with a savage, is it better to run 10k or 30k in the spyder diffs?
what are pros and cons of each?

thanks.

well thicker oil = less diff slip. so the heaver the oil, the worse ur turning but u get better traction. so it all depends on what u want

i run 100k oil in my diffs, but then i run my truck in very rough off road conditions with lots of hills so traction is very important to me

I would go for 30k - 50k...any less in a monster truck wont improve traction more than grease..

I run 10k in front and 7k in back and it AMAZING. I dont spin my tires off the line and it is just the right amount of "locking" in the diff to make acceleration as good as it can get.
