Default help with NIMH power pack

i purchased a venom racing 1100 NIMH power pack for my savage, no where on the package tells
me how long the initial charge has to be?? it does not tell me how long normal charges has to be???
can someone plz help me.

well it depends upon your charger, i believe that most charge at 100 mah an hour, hence 11 hours in your case

the back of my charger says
"input: 120V AC 60Hz 4W"
"output: 6V DC 120 mA"
help with that?

Charge for 9-10 hrs. If it isn't all the way dead you can go a little shorter. Li batteries last a bit longer (their life that is, not a single charge) if they are never run ALL THE WAY DEAD.

that means its puttin out 120 mah so it will take 9.2 hours to charge

just keep an eye on the battery, if it starts to become hott, that means its fully charged, and you can take it off.

If it's a brand new battery assume that it's a dead as it should ever be. Go for the the full charge, roughly 9 hours.

thank you all for the help.
so 9 hours for initial charge. and to charge when the battery dies agian 9 hours.
i thought initail charge is allways more than the normal charge.

if you want a good CHEAP charge that is foolproof pick up the reciever pack charger& power supply from a revo.I got mine with a battery pack brand new out of the box for $17 dollars on ebay!!! just plug it in & when the light stops flashing your done in about an hour or so total.

What is a decent charger, that monitors and stops a charge when it is done, that can also charge different types of packs. like a hump pack, and the one for the RotoStart, and gloplug. Not real expensive also, like around 60-70 or less...
