Default savage seems to be revving up

i`ve replaced my clutch with a nova aluminium clutch.when u accelerate from a stand still it takes of slowly and it only travels at quarter throttle even though i give it full throttle.at full throttle it seems the engine revv`s up but it (savage)moves at only quarter throttle.i`m running a sirio .27.i thought that the clutch was not engaging so i put in a new clutch and i have the same problem.could it be a fault in the gearbox.anyone have any ideas.

Check to see if your slipper is tight and not worn out, defective, or installed right.
