RE: whats the best gearing for savage?
Im running a 15tooth pinion and a 52 tooth spur. Got the 52 by accident but its works good. pulls wheelie and it still goes pretty good, im getting the 3 speed for more top end, but I like the way it is right now, alot more controllable for my girlfriend since it is her truck, I just drive it more then she does.

once your engine gets poopie from just being old down grade to the 14/52. this gearing will send the rpms up and spin your tires on gravel and some cement.
